Organic cultivation of vines with the introduction of biodynamic methods.
This old Savoyard grape variety, native to the Maurienne Valley, had almost disappeared. Today, Savoyard winemakers have restored it to its well-deserved place among the most essential native grape varieties of Savoie.
The vintage Arbyolâ will surprise you with its duality, between red fruits (redcurrant, blackcurrant) and tonic acidity, a wine to be enjoyed in a warm atmosphere with friends.
It can be enjoyed young but its complex structure makes it a wine for laying down (5 to 10 years).

Our Persian plot , planted in 2017, is located on a clay-limestone hillside facing due west at the exit of our village, Le Viviers. Like all our other plots, it is maintained by hand: weeding, scratching, etc. The harvest is also done by hand, generally in the second half of September (differs depending on the year), in whole bunches, in crates of 300 kg to avoid crushing the berries.
Hand sorting of berries and 100% destemming.
Maceration without sulfur for 7 to 10 days.
Aged for 12 months in vats and amphorae .
Bottling at the Domaine by us in a favorable moon with a total sulfur level of less than 30 mg/l.
